Vladimir bought his first rental in 2005, while working as an Embedded System Software Developer in Sigma Designs, multimedia chip maker. From very beginning this required to build a system to actively manage rentals remotely, especially when more of them were bought. Learning by doing all the mistakes possible was a roller coaster, but the result was a steady and predictable income.

Based on this success, Vladimir quit his job as a Software Engineer and started VGF Systems, Inc to help businesses with online stores management, while flipping houses on the side. This split of attention did not last long, and VGF Properties, Inc was born as the perfect fit with goals, interests and capabilities. Looking for more, Vladimir completed all 4 required CCIM courses for self-education, and this opened the new world of possibilities. Now Vladimir is partnering with experienced players growing into the game of commercial real estate investment.
